Entries Due: April 22, 2026 6pm from teams. (Hurricane families: log into your account and commit by April 21.)  Team Entries should be emailed to entries@swimhurricanes.com.   See Meet Information above. Mailing address: PO BOX 7163, Columbus GA 31908. Please do not send meet related correspondence to the facility.


Coach Check In: Help us expedite team check-in by pre-registering HERE. Please have each coach attending complete this form so we can have heat sheets, wristbands and dietary needs on file and ready for the weekend! The building will open at 30 minutes  before the start of each session for visiting teams.


Officials:   The Columbus Aquatic Club welcomes visiting officials and apprentices and will appreciate help in officiating this competition. Walk ons are welcome but we appreciate your RSVP here.

  • Facility Policies & Hours

    The Columbus Aquatic Center will open 30 minutes before warmups due to facility staffing requirements. Staff, Officials and some volunteers may enter the building early. For your comfort, we encourage attendees to wait in their vehicles until this time. 


    Parents should also note that the Columbus Aquatic Center maintains a closed pool deck, in compliance with USA Swimming policies. Only swimmers, coaches and officials may enter the pool deck. Locker rooms are reserved for youth athletes.  Coaches and Officials should be prepared to show USAS credentials when they enter the pool deck and will be issued wrist bands at the Clerk of Course table.


    To protect deck space and walk ways, only coaches are allowed to bring a folding chair. Athletes & teams are asked to be considerate of their team area. Messy food items such as chips, chocolate, colored beverages should be consumed in the hallway.

  • Parking:

    Free parking is available in the adjacent city parking garage. Overflow parking is available in nearby city lots. - Click here for a parking map.  

  • Spectators:

    Spectator seating is available on the second floor (Capacity 900) and offers good views of the competition pool throughout the facility. Folding chairs are not permitted in the lobby or in spectator seating. Restroom facilities are available for spectators on the second floor. (The first floor locker rooms are reserved for athletes and the deck restrooms are reserved for adult officials and volunteers, in accordance with USA Swimming Safe Sport practices.) An elevator for handicapped accessibility is located in the main lobby and handicapped seating is available in the second floor spectator area. Limited Concessions are available on site. 

  • Volunteers:

    The Columbus Aquatic Club welcomes volunteers! We will be celebrating our volunteers with various giveaways and drawings throughout our meet weekends. Visitors are welcome to stop by the Volunteer check-in table and volunteer as a timer.

  • Visiting Officials:

    The Columbus Aquatic Club welcomes visiting officials and apprentices and will appreciate help in officiating this competition. Walk ons are welcome but we appreciate your RSVP here.

  • Inclement Weather Plan:

    Competition will continue during routine weather events, as determined by the Meet Host. Extreme storm activity in the immediate area, power outages, tornado warnings or similar, will result in a delay of meet, consistent with facility policies.
