Competitive Swim Coaches

Help athletes reach their full potential in and out of the water. Coaches work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from developmental groups to senior athletes competing at the highest levels. Full-time and Part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Passionate about athlete development
  • Positive, motivating leaders
  • Strong communicators with swimmers and parents
  • Knowledgeable in stroke technique, training, and race strategy
  • Certified or willing to obtain required USA Swimming credentials


Learn-to-Swim Instructors

Our Learn-to-Swim program helps children gain confidence and safety skills in the water. Instructors create a fun, encouraging, and structured learning environment for swimmers of all abilities. Seasonal and year-round openings available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching water safety and swim fundamentals
  • Leading engaging, age-appropriate lessons
  • Supporting beginner swimmers with patience and encouragement
  • Communicating progress with families

No competitive coaching experience is required for all positions — we value enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
