Team Area Registration—Olympic Strokes There are 2 documents necessary to begin your month-to-month enrollment as a member of the Olympic Strokes program. Please bring these completed forms with you on your first day of practice: 1. Family & Athlete Information 2. Medical Information & Emergency Release (one per swimmer)
Registration—Columbus Hurricanes Swim Team There are 6 documents necessary for annual enrollment as a USA-Swimming (youth) member of the Columbus Aquatic Club. If you are joining us mid-season and already have a current USA-S registration, please bring your membership card along with these completed forms prior to your first day of practice: 1. Family & Athlete Information 2. Medical Information & Emergency Release (one per swimmer) 3. Terms and Conditions for Participation 5. Swimmer Code of Conduct (one per swimmer)
Registration—Hurricane Masters Swim Team There are 2 items necessary for enrollment as a US Masters Swimming (adult) member of the Columbus Aquatic Club. If you are joining us mid-season and already have a current USMS registration, please bring in your membership card along with your completed Masters Athlete Information & Liability Waiver: 2. Progressions for Athlete Development The following templates outline the progressive development of our athletes across the stages of a youth swimming career. USA-Swimming recognizes 8 of these, and we’ve inserted an unofficial level for teenagers who want to swim recreationally or whose goals are associated with high school swimming. Take a look at what the practice and performance, biomechanical, physiological, character, life skills and psychological objectives are for each step along the way: 1. Aqua Pups 2. Swim Dogs 3.
