Registration—Columbus Hurricanes Swim Team There are 6 documents necessary for annual enrollment as a USA-Swimming (youth) member of the Columbus Aquatic Club. If you are joining us mid-season and already have a current USA-S registration, please bring your membership card along with these completed forms prior to your first day of practice: 1. Family & Athlete Information 2. Medical Information & Emergency Release (one per swimmer) 3. Terms and Conditions for Participation 5. Swimmer Code of Conduct (one per swimmer)
Registration—Hurricane Masters Swim Team There are 2 items necessary for enrollment as a US Masters Swimming (adult) member of the Columbus Aquatic Club. If you are joining us mid-season and already have a current USMS registration, please bring in your membership card along with your completed Masters Athlete Information & Liability Waiver: 1. Online USMS Registration —or— 2009 USMS Membership Application (paper form) 2. Masters Athlete Information & Liability Waiver
Progressions for Athlete Development The following templates outline the progressive development of our athletes across the stages of a youth swimming career. USA-Swimming recognizes 8 of these, and we’ve inserted an unofficial level for teenagers who want to swim recreationally or whose goals are associated with high school swimming.
